Beyond A Sound Mind: Building a Black Health & Well-being Strategy will attract professionals from the medical and social services field, government agencies, community organizations and members of the community.

Black communities face disproportionately low outcomes across the social determinants of health and indicators of well-being. The forum aims to identify priority focus areas, outline initial suggested strategies, and build alignment with new and ongoing initiatives.
