Grad Minds presents Navigating the Student Experience at U of T(#navigatingUofT), a panel discussion meant to raise awareness around the challenges, barriers, and opportunities graduate students encounter throughout their studies at the University of Toronto.

This student driven event provides graduate students with an opportunity to participate in an open dialogue with U of T staff, students and the community. Student panelists will speak out about their experience with accessing support services, seeking support from their supervisors and program faculty members, and finding a sense of community. There will be an open discussion forum following the panel discussion.

Come out to this event to share your experience as a graduate student, highlight gaps in student support services, and celebrate examples of good practices. We want to hear from students how the University experience can be made better. Grad Minds also encourages students to engage in the question and answer period using the hashtag #navigatingUofT. Lessons learned from this discussion will be compiled into a report and presented to SGS with recommendations to improve services for graduate students.

Light refreshments will be served from 5:30pm – 6pm. Panel discussion will start at 6pm.
