Healing and the Heart: Conference on Cardiovascular Regenerative Medicine is the ideal platform to learn about leading-edge regenerative techniques to maintain and restore cardiovascular health and function.

The conference is divided into two segments:

Morning Session – Exploring mechanisms of development, repair, and regeneration of the cardiovascular system.

Afternoon Session – Strategies and challenges in tissue engineering, surgical therapies, gene therapy, and translation of basic science work to clinical medicine.

Following these talks, we will host an interactive panel discussion, looking at the future of heart repair and regeneration, and the ethical and philosophical aspects of regenerative medicine. During lunch, participants can speak to representatives from research, stem cell, and University of Toronto clubs and societies involved in cardiovascular research and outreach.
