The Talk Boutique session is brought to you by the Public Health Science Interprofessional Development Program. This session is open to all graduate students at DLSPH.

On March 17, 2017 from 12-2pm, please join Talk Boutique for a two-hour workshop focused on how to create a solid framework for a powerful and engaging talk, effective ways to incorporate analogies and metaphors, and tips to improve body language techniques.

Talk Boutique curates life changing stories and the compelling individuals who tell them with the change makers who share these stories and create new societal narratives. Their mission is to create intelligent conversations that have the power to reinvent the future in the way we want it to unfold.

Talk Boutique is a full service speaker representation and coaching company specializing in helping those who have a message to convey, to do so with engagement and clarity. Using proven methodologies established with TEDx speakers, Talk Boutique helps to develop content, performance and clarity for any speaking opportunity.

Please note there are limited spots for each session. Once you have signed up, we require a commitment to attend as there will be a waitlist and considerable efforts have been put in place to maximize students’ engagement. If you sign up but then decide not to attend, please be courteous and cancel on Eventbrite at least 48 hours before the workshop so that we can open the spot to a student on the waitlist. Students who miss sessions without cancelling in advance will not be permitted to register for future workshops. We appreciate your efforts in ensuring the broadest participation and opportunities for your fellow students.
