What lies at the intersection between fare (food) and form (human health)? How do conceptualizations of food security and sovereignty fit into this dialectic?

Join Students Allied Against Neglected Conditions and Environments (STAANCE) at our academic symposium on Food Security, Sovereignty and Health. We will be engaging in a critical discussion on how forces such as food regime policies and agrarian ecosystems affect the global agrifood system, and the state of food insecurity in Canada.

Light food and refreshments will be provided! This event is open to the public.
