This 3.5 hour workshop has been designed to help graduate students to plan, design, organize, implement, monitor, report on and complete projects more efficiently and successfully.

In large-group and small group exercises, participants will look at defining the project’s
objectives, scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables. Also, it is important to identify any potential risks to the project’s success, and identify strategies to mitigate these risks. This workshop will be important for people who are currently managing or coordinating research
projects or programs.

Space is limited.
