About the seminar:
Paediatric rehabilitation patients have a unique and complex relationship with the healthcare system. These relationships often start when they are young, and require support from healthcare providers and important adults in their lives to manage all aspect of their healthcare journey. What happens as these patients grow up? And what issues are on their minds? In this presentation I share the results of a youth-led project to explore what ethical issues paediatric patients want their healthcare providers to learn about and be aware of when providing treatment. This presentation will also describe a process for engaging paediatric patients in individual, organizational and systems-wide decision-making.

This seminar is free and open to the public. No registration required. It will also be webcast live and then archived on the JCB website.
