All of your life experiences provide you with a variety of skills yet it can sometimes be difficult to effectively identify the skills and knowledge that you have gained. This workshop will help students identify the skills they have gained through their diverse experiences including community service, volunteer and paid work, internships, project work and extracurricular involvement.

Through interactive exercises, activities and group discussion students will begin to understand the importance and value of skills to employers and how your skills can effectively be used for future career planning.
