Dr. Sarah Buchan

Topic:

Using administrative data to study the epidemiology of herpes zoster in Ontario

Biography:

Sarah Buchan is a Scientist at PHO in the Communicable Diseases, Emergency Preparedness and Response department and holds affiliations with the Dalla Lana School of Public Health and ICES. She completed her doctoral training in epidemiology at the University of Toronto. Sarah is interested in the epidemiology of vaccine preventable diseases across the life course, with a special focus on priority populations in order to help inform decision-making related to new and future vaccines.
