Presented by the Black Health Education Collaborative (BHEC) …

The Black Health Education Collaborative (BHEC) is thrilled to invite you to participate in our growing learning series Unlearning Anti-Black Racism: Improving Black Health in Ontario’s Pediatric Healthcare System—now with three new workshops announced for March 2026!

Tailored for pediatric health care system leaders, professionals, and staff, this Ontario Health–funded initiative is designed to build the competencies needed to better serve diverse Black children and youth across Ontario. Through community-informed learning and practical tools, participants will strengthen their capacity to address anti-Black racism and advance more equitable pediatric care.

About the Learning Series
Through the Black Health Primer course and facilitated workshops, participants will leave with tools and resources for implementing anti-racist practice to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care and improve service integration and performance – ultimately leading to better health outcomes for young Black patients in Ontario.
