Gautham Krishnaraj

Gautham is the executive director of Humanitarian Partners International and an adjunct to the Division of Education & Innovation in the Department of Medicine at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ont. Gautham brings more than a decade of experience in humanitarian health emergencies, ethics and innovation, with a focus on the ebola and COVID-19 responses. Whether through hospitals or hospitality, Gautham is drawn to the places where people connect in unique and vulnerable ways. In turn, storytelling has punctuated his career — from poetry to public speaking and freelance food writing — and he aims to bring a distinct voice that informs, engages and entertains readers.
