The Laboratory Medicine & Pathobiology Student Union (LMPSU) invites you to attend its fifth annual student-organized conference. From robots to lasers, innovations in surgery have progressively improved the treatment of disease, as operations have become more efficient and less invasive. This conference is the ideal platform to learn about the transformative new technologies currently utilized in surgery to treat disease.
The conference will be divided into four sections: robotics, imaging, reconstruction, and transplantation.
Conference admission is free, and this year’s conference will feature eight presentations by: Dr. Tirone David, Dr. Thomas Forbes, Dr. Christopher Forrest, Dr. Mojgan Hodaie, Dr. Rita Kandel, Dr. Shafique Keshavjee, Dr. Michael Laflamme, and Dr. Kazuhiro Yasufuku.
