When you join the session your mic will be atomically muted, so do not worry about disrupting whenever you join. Session description 

You are invited to join us for the next session in our series of short experiential workshops aimed at developing the foundational skillsets of mindfulness to support and inform your work and wellbeing.

We look forward to the opportunity to come together as a community during this challenging and complex time. This month’s topic is “enhancing cognitive efficacy”. We will explore some of the scientific research behind our limited resource of attention and consider practical approaches to mindfully caring for our attention within the unique challenges of working remotely.
