DLSPH Doctoral Hooding Ceremony – 2025 Spring Convocation Day
When: Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
Where: Rotman’s Desautels Hall, 105 St George St, Toronto, ON M5S 3E6
Deadline to register: Thursday, May 29, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. ET*
The DLSPH Doctoral Hooding Ceremony is a special event to honour our doctoral graduands and their supervisors. During the ceremony the supervisor places the doctoral hood over the head of the graduand, signifying their success in completing their program. The DLSPH Doctoral Hooding Ceremony is not intended to replace the official University of Toronto Convocation Ceremony.
Hooding Ceremony Tickets: Each doctoral graduand may register for up to two tickets: one ticket for themselves plus one guest ticket. Guests must be registered at the same time as the graduand registers for the Hooding Ceremony. Proof of registration required for admittance into event.
*As space is limited, we encourage you to register as soon as possible, as tickets may sell out before the registration deadline.

DLSPH Convocation Reception – 2025 Spring Convocation Day
When: Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.
Where: Rotman’s Desautels Hall, 105 St George St, Toronto, ON M5S 3E6
Deadline to register: Thursday, May 29, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. ET
Convocation Reception Tickets: Each graduand may register for up to two tickets: one ticket for themselves plus one guest ticket.

How to access photos from the Hooding Ceremony and Convocation Reception:
Your U of T email address will be retired sometime after graduation. To ensure that you receive photos from the day’s events, please be sure to fill out our form and provide your personal email address. Our Office of Communications will use this email address to stay connected and to send you the photos from our events.
