Course Objectives

  • This course is an introductory course designed for those who wish to learn basic toxicological principles and knowledge to apply to the protection of the health of individuals and groups exposed to chemicals in the workplace.

General Requirements

  • It is assumed that students have knowledge of biochemistry, biology and/or human physiology. Students deficient in these areas may be required to do additional reading.
