The Centre for Research & Innovation Support (CRIS) presents the first session of a new series, Drawing Across the Disciplines: Comics and Graphic Scholarly Works. This new series, Drawing Across the Disciplines, builds on the success of the Book Publishing Series (What I wish I Knew; Trade Publishing; Peer-Reviewed Podcasts) broadening the focus to scholarly works beyond the traditional peer reviewed journal article. From comics to podcasts this series takes on the topics of research dissemination in a range of media. In this first session, faculty will share insights on their practices, co-creation of graphic non-fiction, comics, and other illustrated sequential publications. Join us for the launch on March 9th from 10:30am – 12:00pm.
