‘Emerging Issues in the Prevention and Control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)’
Join researchers and public health professionals from DLSPH and Toronto Public Health as they discuss emerging issues in preventing and controlling STIs.
This research salon will provide an overview of current epidemiology of STIs in Toronto as well as challenges and pain points. Recent research by DLSPH will be presented, followed by discussion and activities to generate ideas on how to tackle emerging issues.
This event is intended for faculty, staff, and students at DLSPH and Toronto Public Health. Members of the public with an interest in sexual health research are also welcome to attend.
