About this event

The 2017 film, Indian Horse, is an adaptation of the award-winning novel by Ojibway writer Richard Wagamese and sheds light on the dark history of Indigenous Residential Schools in Canada.

The Dalla Lana School of Public Health invites you to join the film review and discussion with special remarks by Elder and Indian Horse Actress Edna.

  • Opening/Welcome: 6:30 – 7:00 PM
  • Film Review and Discussion: 7:00 – 8:00 PM
