On November 25, 2025, Trillium Health Partner’s Institute for Better Health (IBH) is hosting its sixth
Hazel McCallion Annual Lecture in Shaping Healthier Communities. This year’s lecture, titled “Building
the Future of Health Care with Patients, Families, and Communities,” is focused on how health systems can meaningfully engage people with living/lived experience to transform health care and create better health for everyone. The evening will also feature a panel discussion with local health leaders, community builders, caregivers and patients.
Since 2018, the Institute for Better Health (IBH) at Trillium Health Partners has hosted the Hazel McCallion Lecture focused on different topics around the critical issues, challenges, and cutting-edge developments in research and innovation in health care. The evening is a forum for conversation and increased partnership bringing locally, nationally, and internationally acclaimed scientists, innovators and community builders together to inspire thinking and action to advance population health and learning health system approaches.
