Dr Isser Dubinsky, senior fellow at IHPME, will be giving a talk on health human resource planning and policy. Lunch and drinks free!

About this Event

Talk: Health Human Resource Planning- Past, Present and and Future

Description: Heath human resource planning has traditionally focused on strategies developed by individual disciplines- nursing, PT, OT, MD etc. using ratios, or on the basis of departmental requests for more resources. Dr. Dubinsky will provide a critical analysis of these methodologies and introduce a planning methodology that is built on community need and opportunities for true “Health” human resource planning based on best practice and evidence.
