TAHSN Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Community of Practice (TAHSN QIPS CoP) Information Session
A new community of practice (CoP) is launching to more formally connect those engaged in quality improvement and patient safety (QIPS) across TAHSN organizations, leverage their unique strengths and support macro-level changes needed to transform the healthcare system. There are three initial work streams: advancing equity through QIPS research, education and practice; enabling multisite QIPS initiatives through data and improving patient safety in TAHSN hospitals.
Anyone interested in learning more about the TAHSN QIPS CoP is invited to register for a June 13 virtual information session from 12-1 p.m. EST. You will hear from TAHSN CEO sponsor Andy Smith, IHPME director Audrey Laporte, co-chairs Brian Wong and Patricia Trbovich and the three work stream leads. We hope to see you there!
