Research Interests
As a Senior Biostatistician at University Health Network, Dr. Yangqing Deng has extensive experience collaborating across various areas of clinical research and has broad research interests. His research experience covers a wide range of clinical and research areas, including oncology, arthritis, sexual health and behavioral research, AI-assisted medical imaging, medical education, and more, as well as various study designs and methodologies, including clinical trials, survey research, differential expression analysis, statistical genetics, and more. He is interested in applying appropriate statistical methods to address clinical research questions and exploring new methodologies to solve specific challenges in real-world settings.
