New application platform, SuccessFactors. now live:

For Status-Only/Adjunct/Non-Budgetary Cross new and continuing appointments:

Effective April 6, 2026, The Dalla Lana School of Public Health has transitioned to a new application system for academic appointments called Success Factors.

Success Factors offers a comprehensive and easy user experience with an ability to upload all supporting documentation to the application form with real time updates to applicants. We are excited to bring this new platform to our academic community.

For Visiting Professor appointments, applications including a cover letter and supporting documentation, should  be emailed to fac.appt.dlsph@utoronto.ca.

Applications for new/renewal Status-Only, Adjunct, Non-budgetary Cross-appointments and Visiting Professor appointments are reviewed by the Public Health Sciences Appointments Committee. The committee does not review appointments for full or part-time paid faculty.
