Value/Duration: approx. $2,500
Level of study: Master’s – specifically MPH students in Nutrition &Dietetics
To be awarded to one or more full-time or part-time students studying in the Master of Public Health (MPH) program in Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of Toronto.
Preference will be given to students who meet the following criteria through a combination of study and experience:
- broad perspective of nutrition long-term strategic thinking skills;
- that s/he is innovative, questioning, motivated to share knowledge and receptive to new ways of thinking and ideas;
- that s/he values and respects the individual and the community and has the potential to build community capacity.
Priority will be given to those students who are committed to pursuing interdisciplinary study to broaden understanding of the multi-factorial causes of nutritional issues.

The application will include the following:
- Application form
- One-page plan of study/statement of interest
- Curriculum Vitae
- Two letters of recommendation. Reference letters should be emailed to awards.dlsph@utoronto.ca by the deadline with the subject line “Name of Award – Your name”.
- Copies of MPH transcripts (ACORN printouts of UofT Transcripts are acceptable)
