Esri Canada and the DLSPH Data Science Research Cluster are co-hosting a Geospatial Data Visualization Challenge!
Join us to see teams present their Data Visualizations and participate by casting your vote for the People’s Choice Award!
Geospatial Data Visualization Challenge Details
Six teams will work to develop data visualizations to communicate key public health messages using ArcGIS software and Story Maps.
Each of the participating teams will present their Story Maps to an interdisciplinary panel of judges and the DLSPH community, to compete for one of three prizes:
1st place: $600 gift card of choice/student
2nd place: $400 gift card of choice/student
3rd place: $200 gift card of choice/student
In addition to the prizes for the top three teams, we will also be awarding a People’s Choice Award! The DLSPH community is invited to cast their vote and let us know which visualizations they like best. If you belong to the DLSPH community and would like to take part in this event, please register before Thursday, February 9, 2023.
