Indigenous U of T students from any campus are invited to join the hand drumming circle series focused on connection, community, and wellness.
This summer series provides a welcoming and culturally grounded space to connect through drumming, songs, teachings and sharing. Through guided drumming, song, and sharing, participants can explore practices that support holistic wellbeing across the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions. Teachings and songs will be shared from various Indigenous Nations allowing space for shared learning.
No previous drumming experience is needed. Students are welcome to attend all four workshops in the series or participate in as many sessions as they are able. Extra drums will be available for those who do not have one
