Interim Associate Program Director, Academic Fellowship and Graduate Studies Program
Dr. Graham is a Family Physician with the Credit Valley Family Health Team and Trillium Health Partners. She holds a MScCH from DLSPH and has most recently held the positions of Education Lead for the Family Medicine Teaching Program and Post-graduate Family Medicine Site Program Director at Credit Valley where she was the recipient of several awards for Program Leadership over the years. Now a member of Graduate Studies team, Dr. Graham is responsible for the Family Medicine stream programs, including the MScCH and MPH in Family and Community Medicine as well as the Clinical Research Certificate.
