CHL5202H Position Description -Emergency Position
- The goal of this course is to continue development and application of skills in statistical analysis required in epidemiologic and health care research.
- Grades for this course will be based on four major assignments in the following topic areas: multiple linear regression (20%), logistic regression (30%), survival analysis (30%), and multilevel modeling (20%). Tutorials are an opportunity for students to ask questions and gain clarification on lecture and problem set materials. Lab time will be used to provide students with the opportunity to gain practical experience implementing methods.

Qualifications:
PhD candidate with strong biostatistical skills and knowledge of statistical modelling using linear regression, logistic regression and survival methods. Should also have strong R skills and proven teaching abilities.
Duties:
a) Assist in grading assignments; b) tutorial preparation c) invigilate tests and exams as required; d) holds virtual tutorials and office hours.
Relevant Criterion:
The need to acquire experience is the more relevant criterion than previous experience in respect of this posted position.
